General Information

E-PROOF APPROVAL:
E-proofs are electronic proofs of your artwork, detailing imprint color and location information. E-proofs give you the ability to view your artwork before we start production on your promotional items or apparel. It is the customers responsibility to check layout accuracy including all spelling. ATTA Sports & Promotions assumes no responsibility for errors after a proof has been authorized to print. We do not start production until we have your E-proof approval, so note that any delays or revisions to your proof may cause a change to your ship date. Revisions to E-proofs will be billed at $10 each.

PMS COLOR MATCH:
Additional fees apply for items requiring a PMS match. While we will strive to match your logo or design colors as closely as possible, not all printing techniques make PMS matching possible. Please consult your customer service representative for more information.

IMPRINT AREA:
The customer is responsible for providing instructions on imprints that require specific sizing. ATTA Sports & Promotions reserves the right to reduce or enlarge a design to what it deems the best fit on an item or apparel if no design sizing instructions are provided.

COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK LAWS:
ATTA Sports & Promotions assumes that artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order, was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold ATTA Sports & Promotions responsible for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.

MINIMUMS:
Screen-printed apparel requires one dozen items per ink color/location. This is due to the labor intensive process of setting up the print on the press and all of the subsequent clean up involved. Embroidery requires a minimum order of 6 pieces, and 12 pieces for caps. All promotional products are subject to minimum quantities, but vary from item to item. Your customer service representative can provide more information on your specific product.

CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are custom-made based on the customer’s instructions at the time of ordering and as such, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by Atta Sports and Promotions up to the point of cancellation. Orders that have already been produced/fulfilled CANNOT be cancelled. If we can cancel your order there will be a processing/re-stocking fee charged for doing so. In addition, you will be charged an art charge if we have done artwork for your order. It may be possible to reduce the amount of items ordered without completely canceling your order. If this is possible, your organization will not be charged a cancellation fee, but you may be charged a restocking and a processing fee. The price per piece for the remaining items may also increase. Please contact your sales representative for more information. To avoid cancellation fees, please make sure you have the approval of your organization before placing your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
ATTA Sports & Promotions stands behind our products and apparel. However, as we deal with customized work, once an item is in production, no refunds can be made. We will accept returned merchandise only if you received the incorrect product, the product was printed incorrectly, or if the product is defective or damaged. Notify ATTA Sports & Promotions within 15 days of receiving any defective or damaged goods at 800 408-2882. Please do not send any items back to us without calling first. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.

OVER AND UNDER RUNS:
Promotional products may be subject to over and under runs up to 5% and will be billed accordingly. We reserve the right to substitute items of comparable value to fill screen-printed apparel orders if we discover a shortage or manufacturers defect in one or more of your items. If no comparable substitute can be imprinted upon production we will bill as an under run.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Our normal terms are 50% deposit paid at the time of ordering, and the balance due upon completion or delivery. We do accept Visa and Mastercard for your convenience. We also work with school and company purchase orders.

LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Atta Sports and Promotions is not responsible for items that must be discontinued because they are no longer available from the manufacturer. We reserve the right to remove items from our catalog or website and change the per piece price of items without notice. We are also not responsible for typographical errors in our catalog or on our website. We reserve the right to modify our catalog and website including these policies at any time without notice.
